Hello, and welcome! Remember the coffee felt coasters I made and shared here a while ago? Well, this time and because soon we will be having cooler evenings and greyer weather, I made tea themed coasters...  

To make these coasters I used four different shades of felt, but of course you can use whatever colors you prefer - or have on hand.

Hello, and welcome! As hinted earlier today, I have decided to celebrate Christmas in July with a set of holidays gift tags. 

And what a celebration! Why? Because these were probably the most difficult gift tags I have ever made.

Summer emoji cake

Remember the "A Day at the Beach" cake I shared last week? That was the one I made for my son's birthday party with friends and family. In addition to that one, I also made another cake for him to celebrate with the few of his school buddies which were not on vacation yet. For that "party" my son wanted an emoji cake - as I wanted something to do with summer as well, we settled for this: 

DIY Eva Foam bookmarks/party favors

I must have mentioned it here about a zillion times already, but summer is the busiest time of the year for me in terms of birthdays. And birthdays mean birthday cakes (I have two to show off here already, but I still need to download the photos from my phone), birthday parties and party favors. 

So today I'm sharing the bookmarks I made form my son's birthday and that we added to some goodies bags as party favors.

They are made with Eva foam and were the easiest thing to assemble.

Gift tags with felt hearts

Because today is Valentine's Day (happy Valentine's everyone!) I'm sharing here some Valentine's Day gift tags. I made them with red hearts, so yes, they are perfect for Valentine's, but these gift tags can also be used in a number of other occasions.

happy birthday mini banner/cake banner (free printable)

I created this mini happy birthday banner for my husband's birthday last week. As his birthday fell on a weekday I already knew beforehand I wasn't going to have time to decorate a cake. And it was just the four of us anyway, so no point in doing anything too fancy.

Instead, I made my strawberry layered cake, skipped any complicated cake decor and just added the happy birthday cake banner.
