Hello, and welcome! Here's the latest tote bag I sewed as a birthday gift for one of my daughter's friends:
The tutorial for the tote bag can be found here: 20-minutes lined tote bag tutorial. In this particular case I used store bought cotton webbing (that I already had in my stash) for the handles and sewed off the lower corners, for a flat bottom look.
Lining was done with a light pink satiny fabric and I also added a large pocked inside:
The leftover cotton webbing was sewn on each side of the bag, with the some embellishments glued over:
And just to add a small accessory, I also made a matching beads & tassel keychain (you can also find my tutorial for those here). Here's the full set:
