Hello, and welcome! Today I'm sharing here one of my favorite cakes to make when I'm in a hurry and need a quick and delicious desert. 
And, if course, nothing can go wrong when you mix lemon and Greek yogurt, right?
Ingredients: 
- 1/2 cup of sugar
 - 1 cup of wheat flour
 - 1/2 cup of almond flour
 - 1/2 cup of sunflower oil
 - 2 teaspoons of baking powder
 - 1 lemon (zest + juice)
 - 2 eggs
 - 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
 
Instructions:
Place in the oven at 170ยบ for approximately 30 minutes until the cake is fully baked and the top turns a pretty golden color.
