Hello, and welcome to a new week! It's December 4th and Christmas is almost upon us. This kids will have just a little over two weeks of school and since this is always a busy season I decided to move ahead this weekend and sew a host of small gift bags for the teachers' gifts.
These bags were created using my DIY Reusable Gift Bags Tutorial.
To make them I used only fabric scraps, bits of ribbon leftover from other projects and a couple of buttons here and there - which means that no two bags are the same.
I already all the materials at home, so this was a pretty inexpensive project, and I think the lot of little gift bags turned out pretty cute. The gift tags are also handmade, cut from holidays-themed papers using my Sizzix.
Now I need to find additional time to sew larger bags too, for the rest of Christmas gifts I still need to make our buy.
