Hello, and welcome! Since I've been trying to ensure we eat healthier meals at home and also reduce food waste (more blog posts about this topics yet to come), today I'm sharing here one of my latest designs (and one that I want to use regularly from now onwards): a weekly meal plan.
It's a simple A4 sized sheet, with spaces to fill in the different meals you plan for each day of the week:

Remember, to make these lists more eco-friendly, instead of printing a new one every week you can print just one, laminate it and then use dry-erase pens - saving you time and money, and reducing waste!
