DIY Christmas gift bag from upcycled felt

Hello, and welcome to a new week! It's almost December so I've been woking on...yes, Christmas crafts. And because this year I will be ordering almost everything online or making it myself, I'm going to need creative ways to wrap gifts using materials I already have at home.

Crochet holidays napkin rings - free pattern

These shorter fall days (especially with the rain we've had around) have made me turn more to crochet than to sewing projects. So today I'm sharing here the pattern for the napkin rings I came up with during last weekend.

Because the only thing I dislike about crochet is the need to weave in ends, I decided to make the green part (the ring itself) in just one piece, not cutting the yarn in between - find out how below.

Virtual Thanksgiving activities

In Portugal we don't celebrate Halloween as a holiday, but I've always been of the opinion that on a regular basis we should all stop for a moment and give thanks for all the great things we have in our lives.

This year, if we're safe and healthy we have even more to be thankful for. However, celebrations will all be different.
