Hello, and welcome! Today I'm sharing here my opinions on the Rico Design Essentials Soft Merino Aran yarn, that I used recently when making the fingerless gloves I posted last week.
Essentials Soft Merino is a 100% wool yarn from Rico Design.
I bought my yarn locally, but you can easily order it on Amazon too, and there are 28 different color options available.
Essentials Soft Merino is a very soft yarn, very easy to work with. It's also a bit stretchy, which makes it perfect to knit or crochet form fitting projects (such as my fingerless gloves).
Since I had never worked with this yarn before, I bought to different balls of yarn, one mustard and one beige, to try it out.
Both balls of yarn were used to make fingerless gloves (one pattern still pending to be shared here on the blog), but I definitely see myself using this yarn for larger knitting or crochet projects in the future.
(this is not a sponsored post; I have no relationship with Rico Design; all opinions are my own, based on my experience with this yarn)
Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful week!
