Easy DIY washi tape gift tags

Hello, and welcome! If you've been visiting a while you already know I love making my own gift tags. 

 

Today I'm showing you how you can easily create original gift tags using washi tape. 

 

 

What you need: 

• pre-cut tags. I cut mine using my Sizzix, but scissors or a paper cutter work just fine
• washi tape in the colors you prefer. I bought mine locally, but there are a zillion alternatives just on Amazon alone.

 

 

 
 

Than you just need to add the tape to the tags in the shapes and patterns you want. 

 

 

 Trim off any excess:

Punch a hole in the tags (if they didn't have it already) and add a bit of thread or yarn: 

 

 

Repeat as many times as you want to create a cute and colorful set of gift tags.
