Make a Multi-Colored Granny Square - from the Crochet for Absolute Beginners series

Hello everyone! Today I'm introducing the latest video of my How to Crochet for Absolute Beginners series that is now live on my YouTube Channel.

And this time I have shown how to make a lovely granny square in multiple colors. 

 

Granny squares are very versatile. They can be used just as they are (as coasters for example), or joined together to form larger projects, such as blankets, bags or purses. 

And if you're making them in different colors, granny squares are also a wonderful way to use up yarn scraps.
