The holidays are almost here, which means a lot of gifts-giving in the horizon. And as I like to get creative - and be eco-friendly - with gift packaging, I'm going with felt envelope pouches this year for books, notebooks, gift cards and other flat gifts I have planned for friends and family.
These felt pouches are very quick to assemble and you can make them any size you need. Besides, they are eco-friendly, since the recipients can re-use them throughout the year.
The original tutorial can be found here: Felt Envelope Clutch with Ribbon Closure. The pouches can be hand or machine sewn, but you can also replace the stitches with fabric glue for an even easier no-sew version.
And recently I've also created a video tutorial:
What a great idea!
