Learn the cross stitch single crochet - from the Crochet for Absolute Beginners series

After talking about the cross stitch double crochet, I decided this Episode 12 should be about the cross stitch single crochet (cross stitch double crochet in UK crochet terms).

 

To be honest, I use the cross stitch double crochet way more than the cross stitch single crochet. but for smaller projects or blankets the cross stitch single crochet also adds a very nice look, especially if you insert it in an alternating color or in between stripes of other stitches.
