Hello, and welcome to another week. The kids are back to school and I'm (sadly) back to work full time, but last weekend I found the time to sew a cute gift set for an upcoming birthday party.
Because summer isn't officially over yet but I'm kind of missing it already, I decided to use this cheerful ice-creams fabric.
Both tutorials - for the pouch and the keychain - are available here on the blog.
You can find the zipper pouch tutorial here, and keychain tutorial here. The only difference is that for the keychain instead of a ribbon I used fabric instead (folding the long edges in bias tape-style before securing it to the cotton webbing.
Overall it turned out quite a nice set and I can't wait to send it to it's future owner.
