Hello, and welcome! Here's another fun activity for kids - making a family of pom-poms.
Materials: yarn, scissors, goggle eyes and glue.
All you need is to make pompoms - in different sizes and colors (I'm not posting here a pom-pom making tutorial, as there are zillions of them online already, you just need to pick one you're comfortable with).
We used two different colors of yarn for each pom-pom, but it's really up to you
One each pom-pom is finished, just glue the eyes in place and it's done!
And then just let your kids have fun creating full pom-pom families and making up stories about them (my daughter's favorite part...).
Dig up you fabric scraps today and have fun!
These are cute! And a great way to use up scraps.

yes, it is, and a great way to keep kids busy. My daughter has moved on to the extended family for now...
DeleteAwh, they are so cute. 2 of my favourite things, pom poms and googly eyes!
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteKids big and small would love these pom-poms. I would like to feature them in the next Blogger's Pit Stop.
