Thursday Throwdown: ice cream vs frozen yogurt

Hello, and welcome. I'm back today with this week's Thursday Throwdown, and this time with a topic not craft or Etsy related - because we all need a break sometime, and most especially now.

This week's theme is ... ice cream vs. frozen yogurt.

Well, I'm an ice-cream kind of girl. Don't get me wrong, yogurt is fine and I love it too (especially greek yogurt), but I love it as regular yogurt, not as the frozen version.

To me frozen yogurt has always tasted...well, tasteless. No matter how many toppings I add, it always falls short.

So I much prefer to stick to ice cream. And I can also tell you that my favourite flavours are coffee and caramel - if you mix them together, I won't complain.

But...there's also a way to mix the two! Below you can find my recipe for greek yogurt peach ice-cream. Made just like ice-cream, but with greek yogurt replacing milk in the ingredients list:

Now, after writing this, I'm suddenly missing summer and the freedom to go out and eat all the ice-cream I want, but better days will surely come.

My shop, sadly, is still on vacation, but in the meantime I'm working on new items, and one of them will be just an ice-cream themed zipper purse. I've already cut all the fabric, just need to get the sewing done:
