So, this month we have again another mystery and we will only know what are creating after part 3 is posted. I've just finished part part one. This time I had to raid again my mother's scraps of yarn too, to have enough alternate colours.
Although I used a 3.5 hook for the entire work, some of the yarns are thicker than others, and a few were used doubled. Even so, you will notice that some of the small squares are smaller than the others.
Here are the small squares...
... and the large square...
If you want to crochet along too, check out part one of the instructions here. Juanita published part two on Wednesday and I'm already working on it, so I hope to finish it during the weekend.
Enjoy,
PINNED. Keep on keepin' on! Your friend, Linda

DeleteThose are the cutest little squares Teresa! It isn't easy combining yarns of different sizes, but they look great! Visiting from Crafty Comment Karma.
ReplyDeleteYes, I'm hoping that after joining all the pieces together, the differences in size are not so noticeable. Thank you for stopping by and have a great weekend!

ReplyDeleteMy mom has bags full of scraps that she never gets rid of. I even remember some of them from my childhood sweaters...But yes, she's used to me stopping by and asking if she has scraps to spare (I've made several throws with scraps along the way)....
