As I've mentioned here before, this year I'm trying to use up as much of my fabric and yarn stash as I can. In the case of this small tote bag, I managed to sew it entirely from the same piece of fabric (and, more importantly, there were no leftovers).
As usual, it was made using my 20-minutes lined tote bag tutorial, with size adjustments and the corners sewed in for a flatter bottom look.
I used the same fabric for the lining and the handles.
It turned out pretty cute (I do love the fabric) and since my daughter has just been invited for a birthday party next week, I think it will be the perfect opportunity to used it as a gift bag.
Have fun, and happy Monday!
