Hello, and welcome! Today I'm starting a new series here on the blog, called Friday Favorites. The idea is to post about something that inspired or impressed me each week. It can be a video I found on YouTube, an interesting new blog I've just discovered, or an article I've read in a magazine. Anything goes, as long as it's craft, decor or design related.
None of these posts are even remotely sponsored, and any images or videos will be linked to the original sources.
And this week I'm sharing precisely what inspired the whole idea for these posts: The World of Interiors.

It all started when I was browsing the magazine stand at one of my favorite book stores. I love to browse magazines but, to be honest, I rarely buy them, as it always seems to me a waste of paper - I don't have the room (or the inclination) to save old magazines at home but just tossing all those pretty magazines after having them only a couple of days (or just hours, sometimes) doesn't make sense as well.
But one magazine did catch my eye: The World of Interiors.
So when I got home I searched for their web page: https://www.worldofinteriors.com/
And it's beautiful. You can obviously subscribe to the magazine (there's a digital edition), but you can also just browse their website. If you love decor and interior design, there's a wealth of inspiration there.
There are so many lovely articles to read, but also just lovely photos of homes to look at. I'm well aware that my house will never look anything remotely close to anything featured in these magazines, but I still love seeing and feeling inspired by those beautiful homes.
And of course, you can follow The World of Interiors on social media. My favorite is their Pinterest page, also full of inspiration:
