Hello, and welcome! Every December I like to create a calendar for the new year. A lot of years in the past, I used to buy our calendars, but then I just started making them myself.
This way I can print them in recycled paper (sometimes left over from other projects) and I just avoid spending money on a new calendar every year.
The original design from Canva is called Green Simple Minimalist Monthly Calendar and you can easily find it if you search by name or just write "calendar" in the search box:
If you look at the original calendar, you will notice that I changed some of the images, text and colors, adjusted the tables with the days of the month and added a section for notes under each calendar.
As this calendar hangs in our kitchen wall throughout the year, next to the kids' school schedules, it works a bit as out family monthly planner, so the emptier daily squares (with the smaller numbers) and the notes section are really useful to write to-dos or specific reminders.
There's of course one page per month, from January...
...to December.
Happy holidays!
...to December.
Although I usually tend to make our calendars very colorful, this minimalist design really appealed to me - and besides, it will certainly by easier on the printer toner.
If you want one of these calendars too, download the file here. It's a pdf with the cover and one page per month. You can print all the pages and bind them together (I reuse our binding year after year) or you can just print one month at a time.
Happy holidays!
