Hello everyone! It's been a long, long time since I've added a new video to the How to Crochet for Absolute Beginners on my YouTube Channel, but it finally happened at the end of last week.
This episode 19 is a mini tutorial on the back loop half double crochet, which is a stitch I particularly love to use for blankets - and that I'm actually currently using to make a pillow for my daughter's room (pillow pattern and tutorial to come soon too). The back loop half double crochet is a very simple variation of the regular half double crochet (which I use a lot too for washcloths and kitchen cloths) where instead of working a stitch on the two loops from the stitch in the previous row, you work on the back loop only.
If you love this, you can also check out some of the other videos in the channel. I appreciate all the feedback!
