Cupcakes seamless digital paper - free download

Hello, and welcome!

 

I'm always happy to learn new things, and digital crafting is the sort of hobby I never really thought about a lot before, but lately I've been seeing lots of digital papers around and I decided I wanted to learn how to create my own.

 

 

In the future, this is something I will also consider adding to my Etsy shop, but for now I'm leaving you with one of my first "fully operational" seamless designs. I also plan to share more of these free downloads here, so stay tuned!

It took me a while to grasp the best method to design seamless patterns. I watched a couple (or many) videos on YouTube and read a few blog posts, but in the end I had to get there mostly by trial and error. But this was something that had been lurking in the back of my mind for ages and I'm very glad I finally made it work.

 

Download the file with the cupcakes digital paper here (it's a zip file with a png and a jpg version of the paper inside). The digital paper is sized 12 x 12 inches.

Since I'm just starting down this route, all comments and suggestions are welcome. And if you would like to have a seamless digital paper is a specific pattern, let me know in the comments too. I'll be posting more free downloads so I would love to share something useful for all of you.
