Hello, and welcome to this week's Amazon finds. If you haven't read my previous post, I have decided to make a small roundup of my craft-related Amazon favorites (& orders) at the end of every week to share here.
Check out this week's highlights below:
Until now I owned a very, very old punch needle. I remember using it to make a rug for my bedroom in my teens and I don't think I never touched it again. Recently my daughter had been using it to create her own projects and we discovered it's not very practical - hard to thread, had to adjust to size, etc.
So we decided to upgrade our punch needle supplies. We got these two punch needles:
The one on the right is a 5 mm needle than can be easily adjusted to different heights and is perfect for beginners:
The other is also adjustable in terms of heights and has the additional advantage of coming with three different needles: 1.3, 1.6 and 2.2 mm, for when you want to use thinner yarn. Sadly, I can't find it on Amazon anymore and all the similar ones I've seen from other brands have terrible reviews so I won't be sharing them here.
We also got yarn to match the largest of the punch needles:
It's also by Rico Design and you can find it here:
And of course, fabric (since it comes from a different supplier this order didn't arrive yet and you have to settle for the photo from Amazon).
I didn't buy embroidery hoops this time, but here's the link to the last set I bought. The largest three and the smallest one have not been used yet so they'll do for now...
Have a wonderful weekend and happy crafting!
