Yay, I finally have a new sewing project to share with you!
More and more I've been using these tote bags - to carry things to the office, for grocery shopping, etc. And since I had this butterflies fabric in my stash, I decided the time was just perfect to sew a new tote bag for spring!
The bag was sewn using my 20-minutes lined tote bag tutorial, with measurements slightly adjusted.
As usual, I've added a lined inside pocket - because having a pocket is always useful:
What love especially about these totes (apart from the fact that they are very easy to sew) is that they can be easily folded to fit into your purse. You can take them anywhere and always have a bag on hand if needed.
And when they are dirty, I place them in the washer, hang out to dry - and they are ready to be used again!
And don't forget - if you want to make one too you can find the tutorial here. Adjust the measurements to whatever you need and create a whole bunch of cute and useful tote bags!
Happy Thursday!
