I'm not a coffee drinker but, surprisingly, I love the taste of coffee in almost anything else. And this coffee cake is one of my favorites.

Ingredients:
- 250 grams of sugar
- 180 grams of flour
- 150 grams of melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 150 milliliters of water
- 2 tablespoons of soluble coffee
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
Instructions:
Mix the eggs, sugar and butter. Dissolve the coffee in the water and add it to the mix, together with the vanilla extract. In the end add the flour and the baking powder.
Pour the mix into a greased cake pan and bake at 180ยบ for about 20 minutes.
This cake turns out really soft and moist, so don't be surprised if the top crumbles a bit when you take it out of the pan and cut it. Don't worry, it's still delicious!
