Chocolate and olive oil may sound like an odd combination at first, but this is in fact a delicious cake, not to mention a great dairy-free alternative.

Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1/3 cup of olive oil (I always prefer the extra-virgin variety)
- 1 cup of lukewarm water
- 3/4 cup of powdered chocolate
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together - I usually start with the eggs and the sugar and then add everything else, leaving the flour to the end. Pour onto a greased cake pan and bake at 200ยบ 20 minutes.
