5 beading projects you'll not want to miss!

The ABC Crafts Series week 2: B is for...beads

Welcome to the latest addition to the ABC Crafts. I've now created a specific page for the series, which will include links to the crafts already covered, and a list of upcoming topics. You can find the page here. If you have any wonderful suggestions for any of the topics, feel free to leave me a comment or send me an e-mail and I will try to include your ideas as much as possible (with proper credit)!

And now, without further delay, let's check the 5 amazing beading projects I found for you today!

5 beading projects you'll not want to miss, abc crafts

There are lots of beading projects all over the web, but most of them are just too complicated, others don't come with instructions, and others still only serve as a platform for bead selling companies to advertise their products. I wanted something homemade and that can be easily replicated.

With maybe one exception, these are very easy projects, with clear how-tos and that come together pretty quickly, which is just perfect!

These Beaded Shoes from Craft Passion are just amazing. I've had them bookmarked for years and they were the first thing I thought of when I decided to write about beads and beading. While this clearly requires a lot of patience (and time), it's wonderful craftsmanship.

Personalized pins by No Big Dill.  This one is a much easier project and I'm sure these pins will look amazing when showcasing and photographing sewing projects!

Another awesome project from a blog I've been following for a long time. These Fall & Winter Earrings from Tea Rose Home are not just in season, they are also beautiful!

The Swarovski Pins, found on Annekata. Again, with clear instructions. On my list of things to make soon.

And finally, my favorite of them all! These Melted Beads Accessories from The 36th Avenue are perfect for gifts, party favors and so much more. My daughter wants all of them. And to be honest, I want some too!

I hope you enjoyed this little collection of beading projects. Next week I'll still be working the letter B crafts, with 5 beautiful baby projects!

  1. Lovely selection Teresa! I love working with beads - mostly wooden beads (I have a thing for them) and incorporating them with my crochet flowers. I haven't tried melted beads - but looks interesting. I might take it into consideration to try them for my kids' collections.

  3. Love these ideas, especially the sewing pins and bobby pins. I am not particularly 'crafty' but pinned both as simple, easy things to try. Thanks for sharing! Visiting from the #HomeMattersParty
