(Almost) Wordless Wednesday 6/May

Brings back old memories? I loved these when I was a kid...

I found it tucked in a corner of the Lisbon zoo. It's clearly old but still beautiful. I have no idea if it works, since it was closed and looked abandoned but it's really sad if it doesn't. I'll have to check it later, since both my kids really wanted a ride...

  3. Gorgeous carousal! I always liked riding the carousal as a kid at the annual traveling carnival that passed through our area. After we had children, we were in Myrtle Beach, SC for our son's 3rd birthday and the children & I took a ride on a vintage carousal. It was really cool! I love photographing these when I come across them, too. Unfortunately, it's really a rare find. Nice shots! Have a fototastic week!

  7. Oh my, what a beautiful carousel. The horses are painted so pretty! All my favorite colors.
    I used to enjoy riding when I was a kid, I have not been close to one for may years.
