(Almost) Wordless Wednesday 14/January |Keeping it Real
crochet, felt, sewing, knitting, cooking, printables, digital downloads, decor and everything else that, realistically, I can find the time to create or design
I know what you mean, my two (4 and 7 years old) we too close to getting wet a couple of times, but we managed to keep them reasonably dry and they settled for playing in the sand...Thank you for stopping by, have wonderful (rest of) week!
Not that warm, no. According to the specialists, we've been having the coldest winter since 1982. But since the sky is clear and the days are sunny, it almost looks like summer in the photos...
Lovely series of beach shots. I, especially like the next to the last picture where you must be stooped down to capture the water washing in. It would be nice to be on a warm beach this time of the year. I'm ready for winter to be far behind us. lol Happy #W!
Great photos. I'll soon be doing some beach time myself - cannot WAIT! Thanks for sharing at http://image-in-ing.blogspot.com/2015/01/orchids-in-bloom.html
My beach photos were taken in South Africa, and yours? It's neat to see that we both enjoy the beach when it isn't crowded and that we both posted beach photos. Thanks for linking on Amanda's Books and More!
Mine were taken in Portugal, a little up the coast from where we live. You're better than me, though, you're right in the middle of summer. We've had beautiful days around here, but very cold.
Gorgeous pictures. I love the beach in winter too. Although it's hard to keep Mr 5 out of the water lol!

DeleteI love the beach all year round, its my happy place :)
ReplyDeletesame here, though I prefer it as less crowded as possible...
DeleteI live near the beach and I always love going no matter what the weather is. I love that the place is all mine during winter.

We are exactly the same. And to be honest I'm not sure I could live anywhere else. I love the ocean!
DeleteSo calming and pretty. Looks warmer than it is here.

ReplyDeleteYes, and I was trying hard not to get my feet wet :) Thank you for stopping by Cathy!
DeleteWhat a beautiful beach! I wouldn't care if it was hot or cold, a walk on the beach sounds nice right now.

Thank you!
DeleteI always think that if I lived by the sea, I would be a much better person.
ReplyDeleteI've always lived close to the ocean and I can't see myself anywhere else!

DeleteBeautiful beach scenes. Makes it appear warm.
ReplyDeleteThank you. Not very warm, though, we are still in the middle of winter. But it's better to have sunny days than rainy ones anyway!
