Hello, and welcome to another week! Today I'm sharing a few of my latest projects: a set of small crochet coasters in summer colors and two new felt pouches.
These crochet coasters were made with leftover cotton yarn, so I had to come up with a pattern that fit the amount of yarn I had of each color.
They turned out just perfect to hold a glass or a cup of coffee and, as a bonus, they ended up in combination of colors which reminds me of summer.
My free pattern for these can be found here.
And then I also finished two felt pouches (I really enjoy making these!).
The green one with the rose is similar to one I made years ago as a gift for a friend. I loved the color combination at the time, and I still love it today.
The pouch closes with two pieces of velcro, with the rose glued over the felt.
And then, because I'me definitely craving summer by now. I decided to make a flamingo pouch as well. It didn't turn out exactly as I had envisaged it, but I still like it.
And these were the highlights of my crafty weekend. Have a great week, wherever you are and don't forget to check out the other bloggers' awesome Made it Monday posts:
