These ice cream bars are very easy to make and turn out delicious.
I didn't manage to take a lot of photos because I made them on an afternoon when we had some friends over and once the ice cream bars were ready to be taken out of the freezer, they disappeared in next to nothing.

Scroll down to find out how to make them:
Ingredients (for six ice cream bars)
- 3 ripe peaches (peeled and sliced into small pieces)
- 1 greek yogurt
- 4 table spoons of sugar
- 1/2 cup of water (adjust depending on how juicy the peaches are)
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix them until they are fully combined. Pour into ice cream bar molds and keep in the freezer until they are frozen solid.
Enjoy, and happy Monday!
Those sound so easy and delicious! We just picked peaches this week and these would be wonderful to make. Pinned.
