Hello, and welcome! It's been a while since I posted a recipe, but I really needed to share this simple and easy dark chocolate mousse, which, from time to time, I also use as cake filling.
Ingredients (six servings):
- 200 grams of culinary chocolate with at least 70% of cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 6 tablespoons of powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon of butter or vegetable margarine (your preference)
Instructions:
Break the dark chocolate into small pieces and add the butter.
Melt the chocolate and the butter together in the microwave, in small increments.
Add the sugar and mix everything together.
Mix again very well and then place on a fridge-appropriate container and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
