I recently finished my new crochet sweater, and since I used new (to me) yarn, I decided to share here a review:
Charme is a 100% cotton yarn made by Círculo, and it comes in lots of different colors;
Círculo is one of the largest textile companies in Brazil and while I have purchased other items from them before (bag making accessories, fabric glue, etc), this was my first time testing their yarn. And overall, I'm very happy with the results.
Charme is a very easy yarn to work with with, feels and looks great quality and the variety of colors is a huge plus.
I used it to make a sweater, but it would also be great for blankets, coasters, hot pads, placemats. etc. Below are the technical characteristics:
- Yarn Ne 8/5 - (378 Tex)
- Composition: 100% mercerized cotton
- Length and Weight: 396 m and 150 g
- Crochet Hooks: 2.5 mm to 3.5 mm
- Knitting Needles: 3.0 mm to 4.0 mm
- Number of Colors: 59

I personally love to work with cotton yarns and I can see this one becoming a favorite. I definitely will be giving Círculo's other yarns a try in the near future too.
