Today I'm showing you how to make felt chocolate cookies with filling. Almost as delicious as the real ones, but with zero calories...
Here's the tutorial:
What you need:
- the pattern - download here
- chocolate colored felt
- White, beige, pink or yellow felt (or all of them) for the filling
- Matching sewing threads
Instructions:
- download and print the pattern
- trace the pattern onto the felt and cut the pieces according to the instructions in the pattern
- join the pieces of felt in pairs. sewing around the edges. In the end you should have two brown felt pieces and one filling (for each cookie):
- sandwich the filling between the cookie pieces, making sure it's centered, and then add a few stitches from top to bottom, which will not only hold all parts of the cookie together but will also give it a more realistic look.
Now make as many as you want. changing the fillings...
...and go have some tea.
