These rolls are very simple and easy to make. In less than half an hour you can have a lovely dessert ready with minimal effort.
The apple-cinnamon combination is perfect for this fall season, and the puff pastry adds a bit of flair to the amazing flavors inside.
1 sheet of puff pastry
4 apples, peeled and sliced
1 table spoon of brown sugar
2 teas spoons of powdered cinnamon
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the apples, the sugar and the cinnamon.
Spread the puff pastry, cut in four long rectangles and place one quarter of the apple mixture on each rectangle.
Roll the pastry with the apples in the middle and place each roll in an oven tray. Bake for about 20 minutes, until rolls turn a nice golden color. Serve while still slightly warm.
Happy Monday!
