5 DIY Projects you need to try today!

The ABC Crafts Series: D is for...DIY!

Welcome to this week's edition of the ABC Crafts Series. We are still on the letter D, and today I'm sharing with you some pretty amazing DIYs. There's a bit of everything, from home decor to everyday items.

5 DIY projects you need to try today, keeping it real

As usual, I tried to find sites with easy to follow tutorials, and crafts that did not require complicated techniques or special tools. I also didn't want to share things that I would not make myself, that take too much time or are too expensive, but instead focus on items that are useful and everyone can make. Those are the true DIYs. Check them out below!

I hope you enjoyed this little collection of DIY projects. Next week we will have a special edition dedicated to St. Patrick's Day crafts.

In case you missed previous posts, the ABC Crafts series will be covering one (or more) crafts for each letter of the alphabet during 2016. Each roundup features 5 links, grouped around the major theme. All links posted will be DIY tutorials with clear instructions and/or free patterns, so that everyone can easily replicate them.

I've created a specific page for the series, which will include links to the crafts already covered, and a list of upcoming topics. You can find the page here. If you have suggestions for any of the topics, feel free to leave me a comment or send me an e-mail and I will try to include your ideas as much as possible (with proper credit)!
