5-minute tin can upcycle

Hello, and welcome to another Thursday. Last week I mentioned my latest tin can upcycles but then failed to find the time to share the details of each of the projects. So here is the first one (and the quickest, too):

5-minute tin can upcycle

What you need: one tin can (washed to remove any traces of its previous contents), a bit of self adhesive paper and washi tape (optional, but it will make the tin can look much cuter).

Cut the self adhesive paper to size, making sure it covers the tin can all around, and stick it in place.

Then add the washi tape.

And you're done. In less than 5 minutes you can have one cute tin can to help in the organization around the house.

This one is now in my daughter's room, beneath her chalkboard/magnetic board, to hold pens, pencils and other trinkets.

Soon I'll be sharing the other tin can upcycle - which took me a bit longer because I added a pincushion over the lid of the can. Stay tuned!

Happy Thursday,
