The ABC Crafts Series...F is for Felt Play Food

Welcome to another special edition of the ABC Crafts Series, this week dedicated to felt play food!

If you read the previous post in this series, entirely dedicated to felt projects (find it here), you already know that felt is one of my favorite crafting materials. Still, while I make a lot of things out of felt, ever since my daughter was old enough to play with her toy kitchen, I've been devoted to make all sorts of play food and, naturally, most if it is made with felt.

So instead of moving on, I decided to add another edition just for felt play food projects. 

When it comes to felt and felt play food, one simple click on Pinterest will show you zillions of different alternatives -maybe "zillions" is an exaggeration, but there's a lot of inspiration out there. However, just inspiration is not enough, especially for those of us (OK, all of us) who have limited time to dedicate to crafting projects.

We need something cute, that our kids want to play with, that's as close to real food as it can get, but it needs to come with a pattern and clear instructions. Because we just don't have time to try to figure out how to make that lovely felt cake of which someone just posted a picture.
