Hello, and welcome! To celebrate spring, I went through my fabrics and picked this ice-cream print to create a pouch gift set:
The set includes one small envelope pouch, one small zipper pouch (to be used as a coin pouch) and one larger zipper pouch with a flat bottom (all in need of some ironing, but we will take care of that when we actually need to wrap them or place them in a gift bag).
And the best thing of all? My daughter actually did most of the sewing - which means that one of these days I can just retire and let her do all the work...
The tutorial for the envelope pouch can be found here here. We just left the key chain loop out this time.
For the zipper pouches, you can use my DIY Simple Zippered Pouch Tutorial.
And it's great because the smaller pouches both fit into the larger one, which makes them a great set to keep on your purse or to use when travelling.
We didn't make these with one specific recipient in mind but we have lots of birthdays of family and friends coming up in April and May so I'm pretty sure we will find these pouches their forever owner really soon.
