As the holidays are quickly approaching, that means time off from school for the kids. As they break out of their routine for a few weeks, you may be looking for ways to keep them busy and active.

While you’re busy preparing Thanksgiving dinner or wrapping up Christmas gifts, these printable activities are a sure way to get your kids to burn some energy while still having fun! Who knows, maybe you’ll even join in on the fun, too!
Find out how your kids can complete these activities below:
1. Connect the Dots
The activity combines the classic Connect the Dots activity with some good ol’ exercise! For each activity, your kiddo will complete the action 10 times, then connect the dots to the corresponding numbers. For example, they’ll first “jump rope” 10 times, then connect dots one to six. Once they’ve done that, they can move on to the next activity until they’ve connected all of the dots. Once all of the dots are connected, they’ll reveal the sweet treat they drew! They can even color in the picture for some added fun. If you have little ones, this activity is not only great to get them moving, but is great for practicing their fine motor skills.
2. BINGO Burst
Who doesn’t love a game of bingo? For this bingo burst activity, kids will perform the exercise that matches each letter of the word BINGO for 30 seconds. Once they finish that exercise, they’ll color in the corresponding letter, then move on to the next letter. For example, for the letter B, they’ll perform burpees for 30 seconds, color in the B, then move on to letter I. They’ll repeat until they’ve reached BINGO. This one will get their heart rate going, so make sure you plan ahead and find some good black friday shoes so they’re supported and ready to get physical!
3. 100 Point Challenge
The last and final activity is the 100 point challenge—a great one to get the whole family involved! There are a few ways you can play this one, so you’ll want to decide on that ahead of time. You can either see how many points you can score in one hour, challenge yourself to see if you can score all 100 points in one day or partner up and see how fast you all can score 100 points. Once you decide how you’re going to play, score points by picking exercises on the chart and mark them off once complete. Each exercise ranges anywhere from two to 10 points, so try going for the highest points moves first! At the end of the challenge, add up your points to get the final score!
