Folded paper Christmas trees

These folded paper Christmas trees are a great activity to keep the kids occupied during the winter holidays. You just need a bunch of old magazines, preferably with colorful pages.

I made these with my daughter and we tried to take step-by-step photos, so hopefully they should be easy to replicate. 

You can use any magazine, but I prefer those with a soft cover (or I remove the covers beforehand) so that the type of paper is uniform all around).

Start from any page and fold the top right corner of the page towards the center:

Then fold the lower right corner as shown below:

And finally fold again towards the center as in the next photo:

Now do this to every page...

...and once all the pages are folded, you will have a cute Christmas tree:

Use these trees to decorate around the house. And once the holidays are over, you can always recycle them.
