What do you do when you run out of gift tags? You make more, obviously. And of the cuteness overload variety, of course. That's what I did last weekend :)
Spring and summer are our busiest seasons in terms of birthday parties - both of family and friends. With the noticeable exceptions of my father-in-law and my husband (which have fall/winter birthdays) virtually everyone else in the family celebrates on spring and summer.
So you can guess gift wrapping (whenever possible I use reusable fabric bags) and gift tags are in high demand.

Just last spring I discovered a very quick way to make cute gift tags - by using a few of the loads of stickers my daughter keeps around all the time. Back then, I made some flowery spring tags but this time I decided to go with a more summery version of bumblebees.
The only things you need for these are: pre-cut blank gift tags (I use my Sizzix to cut them), bits of thread or yarn, and cute stickers.
Use the stickers to create original, low-cost gift tags - and you're ready for those summer parties!
Happy Monday!
What a great use for the sheets of stickers I have. So cute! Pinning so I remember.
