Scrappy Yarn Mini Blanket

Hello, and welcome. Today I'm back here to show you my latest crochet project - a small sized blanket (let's call it a lap blanket, though I'm pretty sure it'll end up being used by my daughter's dolls soon enough). 

I actually started it late last year, as part of my destashing efforts, but I only managed to (finally!) finish it last Sunday. 

The crochet pattern was inspired by this Pinterest pin and though I tried to keep it more or less confined to the same colors, the shades vary a bit because I used yarn scraps exclusively. 

Even after all this, I still have a few scraps around, so I need to look for some place else I can use them. Well, time to get back to Pinterest...
