DIY button pony tail holders

Remember the Valentine's day pony tail holders? They were so easy I decided to make more...this time with buttons. ´

All you need to make this are some cute buttons, elastic pony tail holders (the soft kind you can sew over) and a needle with matching thread. I used some cute and colorful square buttons from my stash:

The pony tail holders I used are similar to these:

   

Then all you need to do is to sew the buttons to the pony tail holders (alternatively, for a no-sew version, you can just use glue - though I haven't tested to check how long the glue would last with regular use). 

And that's it! Super easy, and you will have a pair (or ten) of original pony tail holders in no time at all.
