Halloween printable cards in black and white

Hello, and welcome. Halloween is almost here, so this is the perfect time to share with you the Halloween cards I designed this year.

I usually go for things with a lot of color but this time I decided to stick to just black and white and I was very happy with the result.

Summer Fruit Garlands - free printable

We're still in the middle of August, so there's plenty of time to plan summer parties, especially outdoor parties. With those in mind, I created a set of summer fruit garlands.

The garlands come in three different fruits: pineapples, watermelon slices and kiwi slices.

Each set includes the letters for the word "summer" but also two pieces with no letters which you can use alone or together with the others.

...or if you're bold enough, mix them all together.

To download the set of summer fruit garlands click here. You will open a pdf file with several pages. Just decide which garland you want and run those pages through a color printer. Then cut out the shapes and glue them over a piece of thread or a ribbon and you're ready to hang your garland.

Summer Reading Charts for Kids - free printable

One of the things I want to do this summer is to encourage my kids (aged almost-10 and almost-7) to read more. We have already selected a few books for them to read (some they will read alone, some probably with my help) and we will be adding some more along the way.

But I don't want them just to read, I want them to understand what they are reading and to have an opinion about each book - whether they liked or disliked, and why.

So I have created a summer reading chart for each of them (a boy and a girl version, of course), and we have agreed that they will fill in the chart as they read the books.

And then I decided to translate each chart into English and share it on the blog.

Here are the two charts:

Kitchen Decor Free Printables

Inspiration for these printables came from a magazine I read a while ago. Ever since, I added "create kitchen printables" to my list of upcoming blog posts, but then never made it happen. Until now.

Still, I have to say they turned out totally different from what I had initially imagined, and while I kind of enjoy projects who take on a life of their own, I may go back to the drawing board in the future and try to create new printables more in line with my original idea.

In the meantime, feel free to enjoy these:

Mother's Day Gift Tags - free printables

Hello, and welcome. It's been a while since I shared free printables here, and I was kind of missing the creative process if just sitting down and let my inspiration roam free. And since Mother's Day is fast approaching (In Portugal we celebrate it next Sunday, May 7th), I decided to create some gift tags.

The tags come in two sets (one with the words "Happy Mother's Day" already included, and one I left blank so that you can add whatever text you want) and three different colors (I was going to use just pink, but then I couldn't resist adding the other two).
